I accepted a new task assigned by Supply Chain Executive and started to learn how to integrate files from three different sources and perform effective data cleaning and filtering. I also performed filtering and cleaning on the merged data, such as deleting null values, removing irrelevant SKUs, removing duplicate records, and filtering out unnecessary data under specified conditions.

 2/9/2025 My main task today was to complete and refine the presentation for tomorrow's presentation, ensuring that all slides were logically clear, data accurate, and case studies complete. I reviewed and fine-tuned each model's prediction results and their strengths and weaknesses, optimizing the presentation order and chart layout to more intuitively showcase the analysis results and learnings from my internship.

 21/7/2025 Today's work mainly focuses on continuing to optimize the XGBoost model, especially making more in-depth adjustments and learning on the handling of holiday factors. In the morning, I reviewed and re-studied the impact of holiday factors on time series forecasting, especially how to transform holiday information into features that can be interpreted by the model in a structured way. In the afternoon, I attended an internal lecture held by the company. The lecture focused on the application trends of artificial intelligence in today's business environment. It also emphasized the attitude changes that employees need to have in the context of rapid technological development, such as continuous learning, cross-departmental collaboration and proactive innovation.

 4/9/2025 Today, I presented the content I prepared the day before to the team. I detailed the process of building the predictive model, its performance in different scenarios, and its limitations. During the presentation, the manager offered suggestions for improvements to some of the data processing methods and feature design.
